At BoozeBuster, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the removal of your account information and what happens when you delete your account.

1. Your Right to Data Removal

Under data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. We are committed to honoring these requests in a timely manner.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your information from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Information That Will Be Deleted:

  • Your email address and authentication details
  • Your display name and profile information
  • All tracked keywords and product preferences
  • Your store and product follow lists
  • Price drop alert settings and configurations
  • Device tokens and notification preferences
  • All app usage data and preferences

Information That May Be Retained:

  • Transaction records (for legal and accounting purposes)
  • Logs of account deletion requests (for compliance)
  • Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you

3. How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through the App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly through the BoozeBuster app:

  • Open the BoozeBuster app
  • Go to the Profile section
  • Select "Account Settings"
  • Choose "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

  • Send an email to: info@boozebuster.io
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your email address associated with the account
  • Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

4. Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

5. Before You Delete

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:

  • Permanent Action: Account deletion cannot be undone
  • Active Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Data Loss: All your preferences and settings will be lost
  • No Refunds: Deletion does not entitle you to refunds for past payments
